By accessing, browsing, or using this store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Privacy Policies. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at its discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product images displayed on the App are for representation purposes only.
Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, or supplier updates.
Product availability is subject to stock provided by third-party suppliers and may change without notice.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment completion or COD verification.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or contains incorrect or incomplete information.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes and charges are calculated and shown at the time of checkout.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery timeline is 3–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in non-delivery, and such cases shall not be eligible for refunds.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact details.
Any misuse of the App, false claims, or violation of these Terms may result in order cancellation, refund denial, or account suspension at the Company’s discretion.
6.CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
If an order is cancelled by the Company due to stock unavailability or operational issues, a full refund shall be processed.
7.RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
Incorrect product delivered
Product received in a damaged condition
8.Conditions for Return:
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
9.Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Minor packaging damage without product damage
Products that are used, altered, or washed
10.REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is approved and verified.
Refund processing timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
11.DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCT POLICY
Any complaints regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Submission of a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims submitted without valid video proof shall not be considered.
